AI and its affiliates (“Spindle,”
“we,” “our,” and/or “us”) value the privacy of individuals
who use our applications, websites (such as https://spindle.ai and https://app.spindle.ai), and any of our services that link to or
incorporate by reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”)
explains how we collect, use, and share personal information from or about Spindle
users or their devices. By using our Services,
you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing, and procedures this
Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the
Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
TRANSPARENCY: INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect a variety of personal
information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as
described below.

Information You Provide to Us
Registration
and Account Information. If you
create an account to use our Services, we may ask you for your first and last name,
organization name, industry, and organization email address. If you log in using a third-party account, such as your Google or
Microsoft account, we will also receive information from those third-party account
providers such as your first and last name, email address, localization
preferences, and department or team.
Services Information.
In connection with providing our business analytics and financial
planning and analysis (FP&A) services, we may collect various types of data
from and about our users provided or otherwise made available to us via those
services. This includes limited personal
information and any other information you may choose to enter into your own
user-created FP&A or strategic finance models or spreadsheets, such as first
and last name, department, sales territory, budget information, expense records,
salary, and other financial or operational data used in planning. If you invite another user to collaborate on
your model or spreadsheet via their email address, we may collect and retain that email address to send the invitation
and create an account if necessary.
Communications. If
you contact us directly, we may receive other personal information about you. For example, when you contact us to learn more
about our Services or for customer support, we may receive your name, email
address, phone number, and the contents of your message or attachments that you
may send to us, as well as any other information you choose to provide to us. If you subscribe to receive newsletters or
product updates, we may collect your first and last name, email address, industry,
and other information you choose to provide to us. When we send you emails, we may track whether
you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and to improve
our Services.
Careers. If you decide to apply for a job with us, you
may submit your contact information and your résumé online. We will collect the information you choose to
provide on your résumé or application, such as your education and employment
experience. You may also apply through a
third-party service such as LinkedIn. If
you do so, we will collect any information you make available to us via such
third-party platforms.
Payment
Information. If you make a payment through
our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other
financial information necessary to complete your payment (“Payment
Information”), is processed by our third-party payment processor. For more information, please see the “Payment

General
Location Information. When you use our Services, we may receive your
general location information (for example, your IP address may indicate your
general geographic region).
Device Information. We receive information about the device and
software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser
type, operating system version, device manufacturer, and device identifiers.
Usage
Information. To help us understand how you use our Services
and to help us improve them, we may automatically receive information about
your interactions with our Services, like the content you view, any content you upload, and the dates and times of
your visits.
Information
from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and third-party partners may
collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics
partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online
activities over time and across different services, including but not limited
to Spindle. Cookies are small text files
containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use both session cookies and persistent
cookies, as well as local storage or session storage. A session cookie disappears after you close
your browser. A persistent cookie
remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on
subsequent visits to our Services.

Information We Receive from Third Parties
Information from Third-Party Services. If you choose to link our
Services to a third-party account, we may receive information about you,
including your profile information, company information, and your use of the
third-party account. If you wish to
limit the information available to us, you should visit the privacy settings of
your third-party accounts to learn about your options.
D. Payment Processing
When you make a payment to Spindle, your
payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (“Payment Processor”).
This Payment Processor may collect
Payment Information and other personal information from you, including your
name, credit card or debit card information, and account number. The use of your personal information by the
Payment Processor is governed by their terms and conditions and privacy policy,
and personal information we receive about you from our Payment Processor is
governed by this Privacy Policy.

App Integrations. If you connect a

application to our Services, we may be required to share information related to

you post any objectionable content on or through our Services.
Merger,

Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from or otherwise opt out
of our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails, if applicable,
or by directly corresponding with us. Even
if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you may continue to
receive administrative messages from us.
Do
Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do
Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
If you choose not to
provide us with information we collect, some features of our Services may not work as intended.
Our Services may contain links to other
websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate (“Third-Party
Services”). We are not responsible
for the privacy practices of these Third-Party Services. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does
not apply to your activities on these Third-Party Services or any information
you disclose to these Third-Party Services.

you from third parties such as data or marketing partners and combine it with

INTERNATIONAL USERS AND VISITORS
Our Services are hosted in the United States (“U.S.”) and
intended for visitors located within the U.S.
If you choose to use our Services from the European Union or other
regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may
differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal
information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and
processing. We may also transfer your
data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and
processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating our Services. By providing any information, including
personal information, on or to our Services, you consent to such transfer,
