TRANSPARENCY: INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect a variety of personal information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

A. Information You Provide to Us

Registration and Account Information.  If you create an account to use our Services, we may ask you for your first and last name, organization name, industry, and organization email address.  If you log in using a third-party account, such as your Google or Microsoft account, we will also receive information from those third-party account providers such as your first and last name, email address, localization preferences, and department or team.

Services Information.  In connection with providing our business analytics and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) services, we may collect various types of data from and about our users provided or otherwise made available to us via those services.  This includes limited personal information and any other information you may choose to enter into your own user-created FP&A or strategic finance models or spreadsheets, such as first and last name, department, sales territory, budget information, expense records, salary, and other financial or operational data used in planning.  If you invite another user to collaborate on your model or spreadsheet via their email address, we may collect and retain that email address to send the invitation and create an account if necessary.

Communications.  If you contact us directly, we may receive other personal information about you.  For example, when you contact us to learn more about our Services or for customer support, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message or attachments that you may send to us, as well as any other information you choose to provide to us.  If you subscribe to receive newsletters or product updates, we may collect your first and last name, email address, industry, and other information you choose to provide to us.  When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and to improve our Services.

Careers.  If you decide to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your résumé online.  We will collect the information you choose to provide on your résumé or application, such as your education and employment experience.  You may also apply through a third-party service such as LinkedIn.  If you do so, we will collect any information you make available to us via such third-party platforms.

Payment Information.  If you make a payment through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information necessary to complete your payment (“Payment Information”), is processed by our third-party payment processor.  For more information, please see the “Payment Processing” section below.
