With a distinguished career spanning two decades at leading companies such as Google, Stripe, and Booster, Austin Brizgys is a seasoned sales and revenue executive specializing in fintech, SaaS, and enterprise software go-to-market strategy.

Most recently, Austin served as Global Head of Sales for Stripe’s Revenue & Finance Automation business, spearheading global go-to-market for Stripe Sigma (Analytics), Stripe Data Pipeline, Stripe Billing, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, and Tax. Under his leadership, Tax evolved from an early-stage product into a high-growth business unit, and Stripe Billing successfully scaled to over $400 million in ARR. Austin also led critical integration efforts following Stripe’s acquisition of TaxJar, contributing significantly to Stripe’s strategic growth. His impactful contributions earned him Stripe’s prestigious 2024 Impact Award.

Prior to Stripe, Austin was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Booster, where he restructured the go-to-market organization, sharpening its focus on enterprise customers and driving significant geographic expansion into new metropolitan markets during a period of substantial revenue growth. He previously held the role of Vice President of Sales & Customer Success at Kiavi, refining product-led growth strategies and building a profitable B2B lending go-to-market operation.

Austin began his professional journey at Google, leading North American sales for Google Workspace. He piloted innovative outbound sales methodologies that were later adopted globally and received multiple Platinum Awards for exceptional revenue performance and innovation, in addition to recognition through Google's Great Manager Awards.

Beyond operational leadership, Austin is an influential advisor and thought leader in fintech and revenue strategy. As founder of SALT Advisory, he provides strategic counsel on go-to-market strategies, revenue operations, monetization, and executive coaching to early-stage and growth-stage SaaS companies, including prominent clients such as DoorDash, Orb, and other emerging brands in the generative AI and fintech sectors. He has shared his insights on revenue leadership, pricing structures, and the evolving role of generative AI at notable industry events including Stripe Sessions, Gartner CFO Summit, and various university guest lectures.

Austin earned his B.A. in Communication from Santa Clara University, where he was captain of the Division I men's water polo team. Outside his professional pursuits, Austin enjoys mentoring emerging sales leaders, practicing his craft as an amateur sourdough baker, and exploring scenic trails across Silicon Valley with his family. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and their three children.
