Formerly the Head of the Solutions Team at Anaplan, and founder of McKinsey’s Anaplan & Salesforce Practices before that, Jason Ambrose advises CFOs on how best to trial & procure Spindle AI, manages relationships with potential channel partners & SIs, and contributes to GTM & business development on a hands-on advisory basis.

Mr. Ambrose was formerly a Managing Director at Motive Partners, late-stage VC and private equity firm focused on FinTech and advance technologies in finance. At Motive, Mr. Ambrose was responsible for building and applying capabilities within the Motive Create team to incubate portfolio companies, and within the Investment team on Go-To-Market strategy and execution. He later became a Founding Partner at Ohana Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Motive, Mr. Ambrose was Senior VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Unqork, an enterprise-grade no-code software and cloud computing platform ranked number 5 on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Enterprise Tech Companies and ranked among America’s Best Startups by Forbes in 2022.

Prior to his time at Anaplan and McKinsey, Mr. Ambrose served as VP of Sales at Sonoma Partners, one of one of Microsoft’s premier specialty CRM partners, and as VP of Cloud Management at Apprio. He began his career as a Network Engineer at Stanford University, where he also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. His first manager at Stanford was one of the few women in network engineering in the days before HTML & JavaScript.
